About 3 years ago I lived in a little apartment with two roommates. It was fun, but cramped and I was having a hard time feeling like myself or knowing what I wanted to do with myself. In an act of desperation I planted this little puppy.
He doesn't have a name if anyone wants to offer.
Well, lots has happened since then and the plant has grown a little. I just thought I'd post a picture. He's in a window he really likes in my new apartment and has sprouted 4 new leaves in the last two weeks.
Grow baby! Grow!
Look! My hair is growing too, just a little. Christie rearranged it for me.
And also . . . Look what I figured out how to do!

That bread is gorgeous!!! What did you brush on the top of it?
Congratulations on all three counts! I'm not the most experienced person in the world, but a surviving and thriving house plant, hair growth and a successful foray into the realm of yeast breads is cause enough for celebration, at least in my book! Way to go!
